Our little escape took us about an hour an a half away to Granbury, Texas where we stayed at a delightful bed-and-breakfast called Inn on Lake Granbury. It was perfect and exactly what we were looking for - a quiet, peaceful setting where we could relax, swim, dine out, shop a little, and enjoy each other's company. Appetizers and wine were served in the afternoon, and a scrumptious hot breakfast was served in the morning...it was delish!
The whole trip was just delightful, and we came back refreshed and excited to see our little Emily again!
